You will lead a small team, working closely with internal departments to ensure operational excellence and support the business's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a Supply Chain team of 2, overseeing the global operations, inbound logistics strategies, and performance metrics to meet business goals.
Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, contract negotiation, and long-term partnership development.
Implement robust supplier quality controls in collaboration with internal QA and technical teams, ensuring the highest standards of product delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve procurement and supply chain processes, driving cost efficiencies, quality improvements, and service excellence.
Negotiate and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and optimizing supplier performance.
Collaborate with the Customer Hub to ensure seamless communication and availability of products for order fulfilment, minimizing disruptions to sales and operations.
Work closely with Senior Management to influence and shape the overall supply chain strategy, aligning procurement activities with broader commercial objectives.
Travel to manufacturing sites globally to strengthen partnerships, manage supplier performance, and explore new opportunities.
