Senior Structural Engineer

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can manage a project with oversight from proposal phase to construction administration.
Responsibilities/skills: Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis and construction cost estimates.
Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialised structural inspections.
Collaborate with architects and designers and building contractors on design and construction of projects.
Solid structural steelwork design in accordance with Eurocode standards.
Demonstrated track record working on large projects.
Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on various projects.
Experienced using Tekla Structural Designer.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Structural Steelwork member design and steelwork connection design experience.
Must have right to work status Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering Excellent written and verbal communication skills Our clients have a salary range up to 50k per year experience (dependent on depth of experience and calibre) which can be discussed further at the initial interview plus details on the excellent benefits on offer.
