What you'll do: You'll create amazing stories that showcase our strategic thinking – with the autonomy to deliver exciting projects independently, supported by a senior strategy lead as a think partner where you need it Lead creative qual work – e.g.
co-creation groups or creative communities that help us understand how to build brands that consumers truly love to experience.
Facilitate sections of client workshops, innovation sprints or breakout groups and support your strategy lead in shaping the content.
Requirements What you'll be: You have a natural, intellectual curiosity about brands, innovation and strategy as well as empathy for the people who buy what we create.
You thrive in ambiguity, coming up with new ways to solve a client challenge and don't need a rulebook to be able to find a way forward.
You have courage to follow a creative approach or positioning from where the insight leads you.
You enjoy reading from external sources, finding interesting examples in the market and developing a strategic point of view.
You are passionate about exploring trends that can affect our brands and their challenges.
You enjoy exploring food, drink and personal care both intellectually and sensorially and have a point of view on it. You consistently demonstrate a strategic mindset in your work, curating insights that are most relevant to a client's challenge and the 'so what' for the client in what you have seen and heard.
