Senior Strategist - Up to £65k - c£70k p/a 1 day / week in London & 1 day / week in Slough Amazing opportunity for a Senior Strategist working for a fantastic agency and on a leading global FMCG brand based in Slough.
You'll need to head to the clients office in Slough once per week and also work from London once per week.
This role will require the Senior Strategist to work across a portfolio of brands to help to elevate their social, digital and broader integrated presence .
You will be leading the global integrated strategy for one of the world's most iconic brands in sexual wellness and health , as well as working on a variety of other health and home care brands in the UK and EMEA.
Working from rich consumer data, you'll play a key role in finding audience insights, developing smart channel thinking, and driving more engaging, effective and culturally connected work.
You will be working collaboratively with clients, creative teams and partner agencies and will have a very involved role in leading the business alongside client services.
You'll help with market adoption and also be an active contributor to the wider global strat team.
This role is focussed on a large and important client and focusses on one highly prominent brand amongst others.
You'll have support from and report to the Global Executive Strategy Director, but be given lots of autonomy to lead in the position too.
Day to day responsibilities for this role will include: Developing and nurturing creative strategy for consumer journeys across a range of integrated output in the digital eco system (web, social, advertising etc.
), through to brand communications, OOH, PR, Events etc.
Developing insights and strategy that informs creative and delivers work that culturally resonates with all the audiences it needs to reach Developing influencer and creator strategy Identifying opportunities for ground breaking culturally responsive creative work by unearthing fresh audience insights and trends Sharing insights, best practice and learning with local social teams Developing out digital, social and integrated strategies, considering the best way to nudge hearts, minds and sales Evaluating and optimising campaign performance in flight and post hoc Sharing best practice and learning with the global strategy team This role will suit an experienced strategist who has worked on global digital and creative integrated strategy for a prominent brand, ideally at a leading creative agency .
You'll be experienced in developing social strategies across organic, paid and influencer as well as s trategy for everything from global toolkits to coordinated integrated campaigns and brand comms .
Strong experience of using data driven social and cultural insight to inform planned and reactive content would also be ideal.
The role also requires strong leadership, and someone who loves building great client relationships with bags of enthusiasms.
You should really love developing cross channel digital and integrated strategies with customer journey in mind and working in a collaborative team.
