As a Senior Key Accounts Manager, you will beresponsible for delivering strategic new business growth acrossAmazon's third party merchants.
Key jobresponsibilities Be responsible for building strategicrelationships with large e-commerce merchants at the most seniorlevels.
Operationally support them in launching and growing onAmazon for our B2B customers.
Develop an account planfor building the business on the Amazon Marketplace.
Coordinatefunctional teams to ensure highest integration standards.
Managecomplex contract negotiations.
Successfully prioritize the needs ofmerchants in a manner that balances their needs and internalpriorities.
Explore new market segment opportunitiesand identify new prospects that benefit from Amazon Marketplaceselling into B2B customers.
Partner closely withinternal and external cross-functional teams to guide the directionof our product offerings.
Drive content for internal businesscommunications highlighting various initiatives, successes, andimprovement opportunities through the voice of yourmerchants.
Prepare and conduct business reviews withthe senior management teams on progress, opportunities androadblocks to closing new merchants for the AmazonMarketplace.
Be accountable for driving, measuring,and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce and otherreporting systems.
Conduct deep dive analysis onissues affecting the merchant categories and establish periodicreviews that address key business issues.
This is anindividual contributor role.
BASICQUALIFICATIONS - several years of experience insales/business development, e-commerce, payments or retailexperience.
- Track record of managing large enterpriseclients and dynamic account portfolios.
- Demonstratedability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience andpositively influence the outcome.
- Analytical approachto problem solving and a track record of driving results throughcontinuous improvement.
- Willingness to roll up sleevesand dig deep to achieve goals.
- Ability to thinkstrategically while delivering detailed execution.
-Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and create a senseof urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Ability to operate in a complex organization and reach internalagreements on the separation of roles andresponsibility.

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - MBA or equivalent.
- High-techconsumer industry experience.
