Main duties of the job working knowledge of working to a PBS and active support model of careFull working and operational experience of computer based recordings and record keeping systems including medication administrationFull understanding of external regulators HIW and Welsh commissioning servicesExperience in quality of care and auditing schedulesFully flexible days and nightsExperience in Management of a teamSupporting and assisting the unit managerExperience in working with complex care and management of behaviours that challengeExperience of working within the confines of the Mental Health act and experience of attending MHATAbility to work as part of an experienced MDT About us What will you receive?Annual salary of £47,460 Holiday allowance of 261 hours per annum paid inclusive of bank holidays, with additional holidays for long service Industry-leading training Employee Assistance Program free 24/7 confidential helpline (domestic, financial, legal, health support, etc.)

Person Specification Qualifications Essential at least 2 years experience of working as a staff nurse RMN/ RNLD qualified
