Role: Senior Staff Nurse - Rehabilitation Ward Location: The Wellington Hospital NW8 9TA  Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Sunday
Salary: Competitive plus 9% shift allowance (dependent on skills & experience) + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)  The Rehabilitation team The Wellington Hospital are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse with a background of neuro and/ or spinal rehabilitation experience within an inpatient setting.
This role is both exciting and challenging, the skills required are both based on an experience of managing this specialist patient group but also utilizing a strong evidence base.

The staff nurse will work with the Multidisciplinary Team to deliver high quality and innovative nursing practice in line with HCA mission and vision and national guidelines and standards in both spinal and neuro rehabilitation 
They will actively support the nursing and therapy teams in delivering outstanding patient care relating to HCA mission and values 
What you'll bring: Experience working in spinal and/ or neuro rehabilitation: 2 years (required)Experience in the provision of staff education within neuro and spinal care(local level)Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery CouncilExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA good command of both written and spoken EnglishExperience working within a multidisciplinary team within healthcareILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire Able to work flexible shift pattern including weekends and nightsDesirable Skills and Knowledge
