What You'll Do Lead & Inspire : Manage and deliver occupational therapy services within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, using the BIRT Neurobehavioral model.
Transform Care : Create, assess, and implement tailored treatment plans for individuals with complex neurological conditions, focused on both rehabilitation and independence.
Collaborate Holistically : Work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, person-centred care.
Mentor & Develop : Guide and support rehabilitation support workers, providing leadership, oversight, and professional development opportunities.
Champion Quality : Conduct thorough risk assessments, ensure compliance with RCOT standards, and actively contribute to clinical governance, service innovation, and care quality improvement.
About You We're looking for a dedicated and driven professional who brings: Qualifications : A Diploma/BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy , with registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Experience : Extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation , with a proven ability to manage complex cases and provide high-quality care.
Leadership : Strong leadership abilities, capable of working autonomously while guiding a team to excellence.
Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing patient-centred care and promoting a positive team culture.
