This gastro pub group is on the hunt for a talented Senior Sous to join their award winning team.

The position available is Senior Sous Chef.
This role is for individuals with incredible skill and passion.
You will need to be dynamic and capable of cooking at a rosette awarded level.
You will have the opportunity of working under a renowned Executive Chef who has worked in some of the worlds best kitchens of both fine dining and Gastro style for the last 25 years as well as Head Chef who previously ran award winning kitchens in Kent, Paris and London.

Requirements: - Experience of at least 10 years in a professional kitchen offering high quality fresh food.
- Competent, friendly and professional leadership skills.
- Excellent butchery, fish filleting and pastry skills, capable of running any section within the kitchen - At least Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety (Level 3 preferred).
- Full UK Driving License (Own transport essential).
- Passionate about working in hospitality.
- Great eye for detail.
- Enjoys and wants to be an active member of a team.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Worked in a Rosette Kitchen environment or to an equivalent standard.
CHEF ROLE: Senior Sous Chef: - Working closely with the Executive Chef of the group and the Head Chef.
- Taking control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent.
- Taking control of a section within service times.
- Assisting with menu and event ideas.
- Stock control and maintaining high standards of health and safety and cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive basic salary with high tip structure - basic salary of between £34,000- £37,000 based on experience with estimated annual service remuneration of an additional £8,000-£10,000 per annum.
