Our client has established itself as one of the leading restaurants in South Wales, set on the stunning Pembrokeshure coastline.This award winning venue has an outstanding opportunity for a senior sous chef to join its kitchen brigade, to work closely with Head Chef, and have a passion for outstanding food at a minimum of multiple rosette level.The successful Senior Sous chef responsibilities will include; Sound kitchen experience at minimum rosette level, Michelin level preferable.Clear passion for the industry and food.Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.Assist the Head Chef with menu development.Coaching and mentoring of junior chefs.Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.Dedicated and excellent team player.
