The Windrose Bar and Bistro is recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in running our Bistro kitchen. Key Duties and Responsibilities Ordering Stock Assist head chef in writing menus Organising food prep and cleaning Ensure good standard of HACCP Take responsibility during service with a hands on approach Run the kitchen/service in the head chefs absence Essential Criteria Previous experience in a sous chef role running a busy kitchen Good time keeping Available for various shifts including evenings and weekends Package Salary negotiable depending on experience 4 Days on, 3 Days off Skills: Food hygiene Food Prep Cooking Benefits: Weekly Pay Accrued Holiday Pay 4 Days on, 3 Days off
