Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and high standards across all dishes.
Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade, promoting teamwork and skill development.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Oversee stock control and ordering, maintaining efficient kitchen processes.
Contribute to menu planning and development, focusing on seasonal ingredients.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or similar role in a high-quality kitchen environment.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Mediterranean and seasonal cuisine is a bonus but not essential.
