The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution and enterprise architecture within the financial sector and excel in creating innovative systems to address complex business challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and document architecture patterns for event-driven systems, cloud-native services, secure data processing, and bulk data transferProvide expert guidance to development teams, ensuring architecture patterns are implemented effectivelyDrive the adoption of best practices, ensuring consistent alignment with enterprise-wide standardsFoster collaboration and innovation through active participation in architecture communities of practiceStay informed about the latest advancements in cloud computing, AI, data security, and distributed systems, and assess their potential impact on the organisationExperience Required:At least 7 years of experience in solution, systems, or enterprise architecture, ideally in financial servicesIn-depth knowledge of architecture patterns and the ability to navigate trade-offs between performance, scalability, cost, and securityExceptional communication skills to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences and stakeholdersProficiency in at least one programming language (e.G., Java, Python) and a history of delivering innovative solutions in challenging environmentsCertifications in cloud architecture (e.G., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
