Top tier firm with a network of offices throughout Scotland has a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Solicitor/Associate to join their busy team based either within their busy Edinburgh/Glasgow office.
The team's work is varied due to the nature of the firms diverse client base and provides advice on all aspects of Private Client matters along with related tax issues.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a broad range of work and increase knowledge and experience with a specialist team.
The successful candidate will handle a wide range of private client service areas with particular emphasis in support of:- Wills; Executry administration including advising on complex tax paying estates; Tax Planning with a particular focus on IHT including reliefs such as APR & BPR; Trust creation and management with a view to advising on technical Trust law and asset protection; To advise private clients on complex private client issues, including contentious executries and trust matters; Powers of Attorney For further information, please contact Michelle Beaumont for a confidential discussion.
