The role: Undertake a caseload of Adult Social care matters Provide detailed and accurate advice on the Council's responsibilities under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Mental Health Act 1983 Submit applications to the Court of Protection and High Court You will be expected to attend court, negotiate, and conduct your own advocacy Rewarding you: Competitive salaries and a generous annual leave package.

Starting salary of £50,788 - £51,802 per annum About you: Be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with up-to-date practicing certificate Be an excellent negotiator, with first rate communication skills Experience of Adult Social Care law
