Supporting and motivating others working within multi-disciplined teams Delivering high quality, high integrity code (eg RTCA-DO178C) using object-oriented C++ Hands-on integration working within a lab environment on target hardware Implementation of real-time embedded software applications built upon Linux or VXWorks RTOS (Desirable) An understanding of the Software Engineering lifecycle from requirements elicitation to delivery and release.
