Fuelled by our exponential growth and market demand, we are looking to add a smart and Senior Software Engineer to our team.
In this role, you will be developing and deploying the next version of Contilio's cutting-edge 3D AI platform.
You will work closely with the vision and product teams to define and implement customer requirements and delight our blue-chip customers.

What you will be doing:Develop our core software and deployment process, including:System architecture design and improvementImplement and test backend, analytics engine, database and integrationsCloud deployment and performance optimizationEstablish, implement and track the development and product KPIsPerform code reviews and learning sessionsContribute to and develop Contilio's knowledge baseTrain junior team membersTechnical skills you need to have:5+ years of experience designing and implementing maintainable, high-quality enterprise/B2B software in an agile environment2+ years of implementing software project elements from design to deploymentHigh proficiency in Python and React delivering scalable production codeHigh proficiency using RDBMs, ideally PostgresExperience with AWS or Azure and familiarity with Docker and container orchestrationA degree in Computer Science, Math, or other related fieldsPersonal traits we'd love to see:You are a self-starter and want to apply your technical expertise to solve challenging technical problems, while having a positive impact on people's livesYou have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into scalable software/productsYou are a team player who can manage software projects end to end, ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered on timeYou are a fast learner, and love to grow in dynamic environmentsAny of the following is a plus:Start-up experience ideally in AI, computer vision or enterprise softwareMSc or PhD in Computer Science, Math or other related fieldsExperience with 2D/3D vision or big data applicationsExperience with Terraform and IaCFamiliarity with a second object-oriented languageFamiliarity with BIM or construction scheduling tools (Autodesk, Primavera etc.
)Where you will be working:We work in a hybrid manner, 2-3 days a week in our cool London Shoreditch office.
