The Role Our client have a core FX (foreign exchange) platform as a service which is a cloud-based system that provides the essential infrastructure, tools, and functionalities needed for handling foreign exchange trading and platforms are optimized for extremely fast data processing and order execution, which is critical in the competitive world of FX trading.
They provide real-time market data and pricing, enabling traders to make informed decisions.

Your Technical Skills: Your skills are a match for this role if you have :
3+ years of commercial C++ experience and a strong background in high-performance, low-latency systems.

What we're looking for:
Expertise in C++ (C++11/14) - older versions of C++ are fine as long as you are prepared to upskill
Ideally experience in financial services, FX, or market data
Multi-threaded systems on Linux/Unix platforms
Low-latency performance tuning
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, Web-sockets)
