About the Role You will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive family assessments, aligned with individual care plans.
Your expertise in report writing, strong communication skills, and ability to manage a demanding workload are essential.
Key Responsibilities: \n \n Conduct thorough family assessments.
\n Collaborate with the service leadership team to enhance assessment processes.
\n Contribute to the development of staff and resident training programs.
\n Maintain a reduced caseload to effectively fulfil other duties.
