Senior Social Worker - Family Assessments Location: Staffordshire Salary: £ - £45,000 We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join a team in Staffordshire, based at a brand-new family assessment service.
About the Role You will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive family assessments, aligned with individual care plans.
Your expertise in report writing, strong communication skills, and ability to manage a demanding workload are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough family assessments.
Collaborate with the service leadership team to enhance assessment processes.
Contribute to the development of staff and resident training programs.
Maintain a reduced caseload to effectively fulfil other duties.
