Our Support Centre is in Hemel Hempstead Herts we operate a hybrid working model and have 700 amazing team members across our support centre.
1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Herts HP2 4YL GBR Job Details Senior Social Media Executive Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 50% of workingweek in office) Annual salary, bonus and benefits The Haven social media team are on ajourney of modernisation and transformation.
As part of Bourne Leisure (alongwith Warner Hotels), Haven is on a growth trajectory and Social plays a hugerole in the Marketing strategy, with a real focus on Tiktok and Instagram.
Withhigh visibility across Haven and a new Head of Department taking things in anew direction, you will have free creative reign – create the concepts, immerseyourself in Park life and see your ideas come to life.
This would be the perfect role for an Account Manager in an agency, or you mayalso have relevant in-house experience.
Your Opportunity: To learn, develop and become an expertin a key area of the business by: - Leading the planning and execution of the content calendar - planning, ideation and implementation - Deputising for the Social Media Manager when required - Identifying and liaising with suitable influencers to help deliver on brand content and campaigns across Instagram and TikTok - Working closely with the content team to produce on brand content that is relevant and engaging - Identifying and facilitating cross-channel activity - Reporting, analysis and channel admin - Social responding when required What we'd like you to bring: - Advanced knowledge of social media – Insta and Tiktok are a must - Excellent project management skills - Energy – you're joining a team with a real buzz, who bounce ideas around - Good knowledge of social media analytics and KPIs - Ability to write in brand tone of voice - Excellent grammar and general accuracy in written content - Strong analytical skills - Ideas – lots of them, you know what makes great content Above all you should be a capableself-starter who can work at pace, someone who takes a sudden change ofpriority in their stride.
