Senior Social & Influencer Manager

New Long Term Freelance booking - Maternity cover Senior Social Media, Influencer & PR Manager - Fashion 3 days a week in Hertfordshire - 45 mins to office from London!
You will need to be well versed in Social (organic and paid!)
A mix of social, influencer and PR is desired, but the spotlight is definitely heavier on Social vs PR.
The role: Defining overarching strategy for Social, Influencer & PR Build and strengthen relationships with key journalists, influencers, talent and agents to strengthen brand reputation and elevate our brand.
Manage the influencer ambassadorship programme and talent /celebrity partnerships, building strong relationships with talent and agencies to maximise deliverables and output.
Set and manage the PR & Social budgets.
Set KPIs for each activities and review and refine plans accordingly Deliver monthly PR & Social reports to key business stakeholders Team management is key in this leadership role looking after 5 direct reports Strong experience in Social & PR is essential (agency or in-house but preferably within fashion / retail sector) and a track record in delivering successful, integrated campaigns.
This role is inside IR35 and paying the equivalent of £70K - £80K so c.£365 - £415 p/d - paid weekly.
You must be able to start at some point in November and able to commute to the office 3 days a week.
