Future Build Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Supervisor or Manager to join a medium-sized civil engineering contractor for a £2m water sector project in Solihull.
This project involves the construction of a new chemical dosing facility and includes the following key works:Construction of 7 large structural slabs for equipment.Installation of new ductwork, pipework, and cabling.Infill works, new paving, and the construction of an access road towards the end of the project.Responsibilities:Leading and managing site staff and working supervisors.Overseeing the daily operations on-site to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Site Supervisor or Site Manager on civils projects.Experience in RAMS amendments, 2-week programmes, and standard site safety, environmental, and quality documentation.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.This project is scheduled to run for 35 weeks, with the opportunity for continued work on future projects in the Solihull area thereafter.If you think this opportunity could be right for you, please forward your CV today for more details on this exciting role!
