Senior Site Manager - West Sussex

Potensis is delighted to partner with a well-regarded, award winning Residential Housebuilder, who focus on building in Dorest and Hampshire.
The majority of these developments are a mixture of new build housing with a traditional style as well as RC frame build devolpments.
Due to expansion they are looking to add a Senior Site Manager to their existing team Responsibilities will include: Delivering their projects on time, within budget and in a safe and organised manner.
Be the key driver to ensure each team members perform to the highest level required to deliver a high standard project.
Take responsibility for the Fit-out procedures, RC frame, and other interior procedures.
Manage subcontractors and provide direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved.
Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximized.
Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, risk assessments, method statements, site waste management plans are in line with Company procedures.
The role would suit an existing Site Manager who has a record of working on residential, mixed-use and high value projects.
Consideration would also be given to someone stepping into this role that would like to take the next step in their career.
