Salary: £75,000 + Package
Start Date: January 2025
Daily Responsibilities: Oversee the construction of a £16M storage facility, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Lead a team of site personnel, including subcontractors and direct labour, to ensure effective site management and coordination.
Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and the safety of workers on-site.
Manage day-to-day operations of the site, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to report progress, resolve issues, and ensure client expectations are met.
Ensure quality control and that all works are completed according to specification and within the required timeframes.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale industrial projects, particularly with steel frame structures.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive project progress and performance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A valid SMSTS.
Experience in managing £10M+ projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Ability to work independently and make critical decisions on-site.
Package: Competitive salary of £75,000 per annum.
