Job Title: Site Manager – Defence Sector
Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days on MOD sites)
Contract: 225 per day Outside IR35 – 6 months
About the Client: Our client is a prominent contractor in the Defence Sector, delivering construction, upgrades, and facilities management across MOD estates in Wiltshire.

The Role: Seeking a Site Manager with military experience or strong Defence knowledge to oversee planning and initial assessments for MOD construction and refurbishment projects.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting site visits to evaluate requirements.
Developing project plans, cost estimates, and financial outlines.
Coordinating with design, financial teams, and external experts.
Managing sub-contractors and ensuring smooth handover to construction teams.
Reporting progress to management.
Ideal Candidate: FM or Construction Management background with NEC contract experience.
Proficient in project planning and stakeholder communication.
Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Civils, or Construction Management.
Holds SMSTS, Site First Aid Certificate, HNC in Site Construction/Management, and a valid UK driving license.
Eligible for Security Clearance.
