Senior Site Manager Are you a skilled Senior Site Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional projects?
Ready for a new opportunity to join a principal contractor with a long-standing history delivering diverse projects across education, commercial, heritage, refurbishment and leisure sectors up to £25m.
They have secured multiple tenders for 2025 and are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team and successfully deliver new and exciting projects.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management are met Implementing detailed site plans to ensure successful delivery of the project Coordinating with the project manager to align activities with goals Ensuring strict adherence to H&S safety regulations Conducting regular site inspections Monitor project budgets and costs and progress Preparing and submitting reports Requirements for Senior Site Manager Proven track record of successfully delivering projects up to £15m from site set up to handover CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid Strong understanding of H&S regulations Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and strong commercial awareness This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected Principal contractor who invest in the people who join them whether your looking to get stuck into a new project or want to step up and develop your career.
