Senior Site Manager Salary: £55,000 Plus Package

A Senior Site Manager is urgently required to work with a highly successful top 10 housebuilder with an extremely high profit turnover this year.

The ideal candidate for this position would work on a large new build residential scheme to see the project from inception to completion and also oversee all aspects on the site, reporting into Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the site.
Report to the Senior Project Manager.
Manage a large new build residential scheme.
Minimum Requirements: Developer experience.
Experience as a Site Manager.
Strong track record of delivering residential new build projects.
Traditional build experience on large residential schemes.
CSCS Card (Black or Gold).
SMSTS certificate.
First Aid Certificate.
