A Senior Site Manager is urgently required to work with a highly successful top 10 housebuilder with an extremely high profit turnover this year.
The ideal candidate for this position would work on a large new build residential scheme to see the project from inception to completion and also oversee all aspects on the site, reporting into Senior Project Manager.
Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the site.Report to the Senior Project Manager.Manage a large new build residential scheme.Minimum Requirements: Developer experience.Experience as a Site Manager.Strong track record of delivering residential new build projects.Traditional build experience on large residential schemes.CSCS Card (Black or Gold).SMSTS certificate.First Aid Certificate.If you are a Senior Site Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV.
