This Senior Site Manager position would be for a circa 15million Industrial project in Surrey.Requirements for the Project Manager positionThe right candidate will have proven ability and experience with a principal contractor on a similar size scale project.Industrial construction sector experience is desired.
Alternatively, steel frame experience is essential.
Be able to lead a team of Site staff and subcontractors whilst keeping the project running to time and programme, whilst maintaining health & safety compliance regulations.
