A prominent main contractor based in central Scotland is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their management team on a large new-build project in Edinburgh.
With a long-standing presence in the Scottish market, our client boasts an impressive project portfolio across both public and private sectors and has a proud history of developing and promoting talent.As the Senior Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of this £25m+ project, overseeing all aspects of site management, including:- Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.- Ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.- Maintaining and developing site records.- Pushing forward project in line with budget and quality guidelines.- Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors.- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve project success.To be considered for this role, you will have:- Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on RC Frame structures.- Proven expertise in external envelope and concrete works.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.- Relevant construction qualifications (e.g.
