Job overviewWe are looking to recruit an experienced nurse able to lead our expert team of clinical staff on both day and night shifts as part of our dynamic, highly reputable multidisciplinary team.
As a senior sister you should hold both a neonatal and mentorship qualification and have previous experience at band 6.
We pride ourselves in developing leaders for the future and as such, will enhance your leadership and management skills through individualised professional leadership and clinical development.
Our nurses have the responsibility for planning, managing and coordinating clinical care for babies requiring high levels of nursing care and supporting staff to develop these skills on the unit.
