Senior Service Designer

As part of creating a new platform, we are looking for a Service Designer to design and support the implementation of a new target operating model for how the new reporting platform will be used.

Some discovery work into this by a service designer has already taken place.

Deliverables will include: Shape and define future iterations of the target operating model.
Collaboratively build transition plans.
Oversee transition to future operating phases.
Collaboratively define and develop a ways of working model for a product team within reporting that accommodates existing teams and stakeholders and brings them along.
Support user researcher in unpicking foundational user needs in reporting.
Support prioritisation and discovery of new data needs.
Collaborate across departments to design service journeys for data-related services (e.g., auditing, FOI requests, etc.).
Skills & Experience Required: Data / Reporting.
