About the Senior SEO Strategist role The Senior SEO Strategist role is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working environment.
You'll lead the SEO function, looking after a team of SEO professionals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the department, look after senior accounts and strategies.
In the Senior SEO Strategist role you will have the following responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for organic growth across various digital channels.
Develop and implement strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Tailor SEO strategies to align with the client's business objectives, ensuring measurable results.
Oversee content planning and optimisation to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search rankings.
Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
Manage a team of SEO specialists and junior strategists, providing mentorship and overseeing project execution.
Work with senior leadership to set the overall SEO vision and goals for the organisation or client.
What are they looking for?
5+ years of SEO experience, across content & technical.
Strong experience creating and implementing SEO strategies.
Previous experience managing a team.
Client management experience.
Advanced skills with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, AHrefs etc.
Previous experience working for a digital agency is desirable.
