Senior Cybersecurity Manager – London (Hybrid) We are seeking experienced Cybersecurity Analysts to join a growing London based team within a fast-growing company in the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) space.
As a Senior Cybersecurity Manager, you'll be providing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to clients across the globe and you will be responsible for overseeing Security Operations and ensuring the highest level of security for the customer.
This is a hybrid role, allowing for a flexible work arrangement with three days in the office and two days from home per week, at least for the initial six months.
Key Responsibilities: Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: You will be the main point of contact for a number of clients, ensuring regular and effective communication to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide appropriate solutions Collaborate with the team in weekly Security Operations (SecOps) meetings to discuss ongoing projects, incidents, and strategies for enhancing security measures Ensure that all deliverables are provided within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor SLA compliance to maintain exceptional service quality Continuously assess the effectiveness of security controls in place and identify any gaps that need to be addressed to strengthen the overall security posture Ensure accurate documentation of network architecture and security measures for all clients Develop custom use cases tailored to unique client requirements to enhance cybersecurity detection and response capabilities Oversee the cybersecurity needs of enterprise-level accounts, providing expert guidance and support Deliver engaging presentations to key stakeholders, including C-Suite and Board members, to update them on cybersecurity status and strategy Lead major and critical incident handling as necessary, coordinating efforts to mitigate threats and minimize potential damages Regularly audit the deliverables of various cybersecurity services such as Network Detection and Response (NDR), Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP), and Vulnerability Management as a Service (VMaaS).
