Senior SAP Finance (Data & Analytics) Lead/Architect - OutsideIR35 - Hybrid We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Data & Analytics Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of financial data and analytics solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring data-driven decision-making across financial operations, leveraging SAP's advanced tools and analytics capabilities, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Fiori.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, data modeling, and analytics, coupled with strong leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of financial data models and reporting solutions using SAP S/4HANA.
Oversee end-to-end financial data transformation and migration processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver analytics strategies , integrating SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for real-time insights.
Manage data governance frameworks , ensuring high data quality and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., IFRS, SOX, GDPR).
Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust reporting and dashboard solutions .
Develop standard operating procedures and best practices for financial analytics and reporting in SAP.
Mentor and guide teams on advanced SAP financial tools and techniques , including Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics.
Stay abreast of SAP S/4HANA advancements and recommend innovations to improve business outcomes.
