Are you a good fit?We've mostly covered it above so if you think you are a good fit and have a hunger to grow and develop your career with us, get in touch.Benefits and Opportunities include:Excellent market leading salary.A benefit package including life assurance, pension, and healthcare.A generous holiday allowance, including a day off on your birthday.A flexible working policy.An inclusive, supportive, and welcoming culture.Challenging projects at the fore front of developing technologies.A personalized development plan, including practical project experience alongside continuing supported professional certification.You will have:At least two years' experience as a Salesforce Field Service (SFS) technical consultant.Experience installing SFS managed package and configuration using guided setup.A strong understanding of SFS scheduling, optimization configuration, out-of-box capabilities and configuration of scheduling policies, work rules & service objectives.An understanding of SFS resource management, including contractors, timesheets, operating hours, shifts, primary and secondary territory setup, inventory management (return, request & track).An understanding of Field Service mobile app capabilities, including offline architecture, capabilities and how to complement it with supporting architecture including Salesforce Mobile app and third-party mobile applications.Worked with SFS architecture, work order, service appointment life cycle, bulk scheduling, dispatch, un-scheduling, preventive maintenance and configuration of dispatcher GanttThe capability to integrate via API in and out of Salesforce.Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification would be advantageous.The experience and ability to own the solution and provide architectural oversight throughout the project.A meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a passion for problem solving.Experience in scoping, planning, and presenting project plans.If the above excites or interests you, please contact ****** attaching your CV.
