With Intelligence is currently seeking a skilled Salesforce Senior Developer or Salesforce Lead Developer to join our in-house Enterprise Applications team. As a Salesforce developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet With Intelligence's business needs. You will work with the other members of our Enterprise Applications team to build and improve our Salesforce CRM, development processes, and engineering capability as we support the business, reduce friction, and enable growth.
Responsibilities Guiding, mentoring and supporting the wider teamHelping the entire team to deliver high-quality, robust solutions that meet business needsAlways keeping an eye on code quality, and helping to maintain and improve engineering processesDesign and develop custom Salesforce solutions based on business requirementsCreate and maintain technical documentation for the Salesforce solutionsParticipate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including coding, testing, and deploymentPerform Salesforce configuration, customizations, and data migrationsDevelop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systemsProvide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applicationsStay informed about new Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for enhancementsMinimum Requirements Experience with source-based deployment strategies, either via scripting and CLI or DevOps CentreProficient in Salesforce development, primarily Apex, but also Visualforce, and Lightning Web ComponentsProficient in troubleshooting and performance optimisationUnderstanding and experience of various aspects of testing, including unit test and UI automationsExperience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and validation rulesExperience with Salesforce data management, including data imports, exports, and data migrationsStrong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing settingsKnowledge of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and web servicesExperience with Git or other version control systemsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsKeen interest, questioning nature, and a desire to learnStrong communication and collaborationSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II certification is a plus)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience in Agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or KanbanAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits 24 days annual leave rising to 29 daysEnhanced parental leaveMedicash (Health Cash Plans)Wellness DaysFlexible Fridays (Opportunity to finish early)Birthday day offEmployee assistance programTravel loan schemeCharity daysBreakfast providedSocial Events throughout the yearHybrid WorkingOur Company: With Intelligence is based at One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EA.
