Role: Senior Salesforce Administrator Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) Location: United Kingdom - Remote TechOhana has collaborated with a Global Manufacturing end user who is building their Salesforce COE.
They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their experienced team of Salesforce professionals leading the UK's most exciting digital transformation.
As a key player in optimising their Salesforce platform, you'll have the opportunity to work across 2 customised Experience Cloud-based customer portals alongside their newly configured Sales & Service Cloud implementation.
This company have huge ambitions for their technology strategy over the next 5 years which will see Salesforce at the forefront of all digital transformations.
This opportunity is going to provide huge growth opportunities as you'll be working closely with the Director of Technology, Salesforce Product Lead & a team of 5 Salesforce professionals whom you will be able to learn from.
Responsibilities: Lead the administration, configuration, and customisation of multiple Salesforce instances to meet business needs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security through data migration, integration, and cleansing processes.
Proactively identify and address system issues, bugs, and enhancements to maximize platform efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support users effectively.
Act as the go-to person for all Salesforce-related queries, providing expert guidance and support to users across the organisation.
Requirements: 4+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, handling complex projects and Salesforce instances.
Salesforce Administrator Certification and additional Salesforce certifications would be a plus.
Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise creative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
A passion for innovation and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and developments.
