Your technical insight and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in developing solutions that enhance our customer engagement and streamline internal processes.Join us in our mission to empower consumers and companies alike by applying your Salesforce prowess to a company that values trust, collaboration, and technological excellence.What you'll be doing:Be part of a growing team in a growing Salesforce ecosystem as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of Salesforce product implementationApply declarative change solutions to project delivery workExperience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow RulesProvide technical support for escalated user and production issuesProvide mentoring & coaching to more junior Administrators for skills developmentCreate a collaborative and inclusive team environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learningDeploying change via CI/CDMaintain Trustpilot system auditing evidence and documentationCreate and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fieldsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation tools within SalesforceEvaluate, install, and configure third-party applications from the AppExchange marketplaceWho you are:Certified Salesforce AdministratorCertified Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer 13+ years of Salesforce Administration experienceAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrationExperience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud and Service CloudAdvanced problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related fieldComprehensive knowledge of APEX, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, and Visual Force PageDevelopmentExperience in Experience Cloud, Einstein and AI Chat BotsWhat's in it for you?
