The package £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + bonuses based on successful exchanges £25 per exchange £50 per exchange under 28 days Working Hours: Mon - 10-6 Tuesday 9-6 Wednesday - 9-6 Thursday 9-6 Friday9-4.30 Additional earning potential on top to be discussed at interview 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Continuous training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Regular ongoing salary reviews The Senior Sales Progressor Role Manage a portfolio of 40-100 property instructions per month ( Essential ) Oversee the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to exchange and completion Act as a key point of contact for clients, agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors, providing regular updates and proactive communication Coordinate with all parties to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the sales process Track progress, manage timelines, and meet targets for exchange and completion dates Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and property sales regulations Oversee a small team (dependant on experience), provide guidance, and assist with training and development, ensuring best practices are upheld Regularly update CRM systems to maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities Develop and implement strategies to optimise the sales progression process and meet performance targets The Person Proven experience in sales progression, ideally within a high-volume property environment (managing 40-100 transactions per month is essential) Experience managing a team is highly desirable, but not mandatory Strong understanding of the property sales process, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and third-party contacts High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional service JBRP1_UKTJ
