About the role: Marx Technology Consulting is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive new business and lead the sales function in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
You will be responsible for closing high-value deals, managing client relationships, and translating client needs into custom solutions.
The ideal candidate is technically savvy, energetic, and collaborative – not just closing deals but also contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to close new business in the technology consulting space.
Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets by closing 1-2 high-value deals, focusing on strategic growth within the sales pipeline.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders across target industries.
Lead sales presentations and negotiations with clients, ensuring strong alignment with their transformation needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions that meet client objectives and drive long-term partnerships.
Attend high-profile events, improving ROI and ensuring business traction from these activities.
Contribute to marketing strategies aimed at better engaging prospects.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technology consulting, digital transformation, or related fields.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value deals.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex solutions.
Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations for client alignment and iterative feedback.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience attending and maximizing results from industry events and trade shows.
