With a recent promotion in the SDR team, we're looking for an experienced, ambitious and proven SDR to join us as a Senior SDR and support us on our journey of revolutionising sales.
Our belief is that whilst a lot of tech focuses on the execution of sales (conversation intelligence, cadence/outreach etc.
), there's a key missing piece of the puzzle in focusing on the internal – helping to motivate, inspire and drive salespeople/recruiters to achieve their goals through better visualisation of their performance, and unlocking potential with gamification.
The Role We're hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team of 3 other SDRs booking in demos with multi-channel engagement primarily targeting the Recruitment space, working closely with the SDR Manager and VP of Sales.
You'll have a hunger and drive to smash sales targets with a proven track record of hitting your numbers, be full of drive and ambition to accelerate your career and learn modern ways of selling, and have tenacity and resilience understanding that failure is just part of the journey to success (we don't expect perfect, we want individuals hungry to develop and learn!).
Your Responsibilities ? Hit your numbers by owning your demo and SAL (Sales Accepted Lead) targets ? Engage across multi-channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, video etc.)
to drive and capture interest converting to demos and qualified opportunities ? Develop yourself to the top of your game by learning the latest in sales methodologies being taught in the team and taking on frequent coaching ? Work closely with the rest of the Sales team to learn from each other, develop/sharpen skills, and add to our culture ? Collaborate with Product as you receive feedback from prospects Who You Are As well as hiring people for their phenomenal talent, we're also hot on culture - and extremely protective of it.
Because we invest so much in our team and culture, unfortunately we only take applicants based in the UK at this time.
We value soft skills as much as "hard skills".
These include: ? Self-management (absolutely essential in a remote role) ? Effective communication (we're remote after all) ? Coachability (we believe if we're not learning, we're regressing) ? Positive attitude ("Enjoy the Journey" is a team value!)
? Problem solving (we love solutions, not problems) ? Empathy ("Team First, Always" is another value) ? Humble ("Don't Be a Dickhead" is another!)
What You Need to Have For the role itself, we're looking for: ? Preferably 2-3 years' experience as an SDR in SaaS (that said, we are open to candidates with 1-2 years' experience, if they can demonstrate the right potential!)
? Consistent track record of smashing their number ? High energy & charisma ? Meticulous and detail sensitive ? Desire to overachieve and a hunger to learn Our Offer ? £35-40k base / £50-55k OTE (with accelerators for overperformance!)
? Scaling commission scheme based on attainment (no floor or ceiling) ? 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays, plus your birthday, plus time off over Christmas (we're in the top 10% for time off in the UK) ? Zero-excess, full cover private health insurance (including dental, visual, and auditory cover) ? GENUINE remote working with a twist; 6-weekly expensable team days, quarterly company get togethers, and an annual retreat every year keep us together ? A high-performing team without the toxic "hustle or die" culture ? A development heavy culture with constant training and coaching ? Rapid progression opportunities
