Senior Risk Manager - Policy, Framework and Reporting My client is a leading provider in their field and looking for a Senior Manager - Policy, Framework and Reporting to join their dynamic Resilience function.
This role would ideally suit an experienced Change Risk or Resilience Risk specialist with an in-depth working knowledge of a Tier 1 bank (or similar) In this role, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the Resilience strategy within this business by working with all levels of leadership.
You'll also be responsible for supporting the business in delivering resilient solutions for their customers and embedding resilience into the culture.
You will be: Leading on strategic improvements, working with senior leaders across the business, including ExCo members.
Working with colleagues across the whole Resilience team in continually improving the resilience framework and system across areas such as Important Business Services (IBS) management and Scenario testing.
Developing resilience strategies, policies and frameworks Designing the change engagement approach for resilience and implementing a resilience by design approach Implementing education and awareness support tools.
Liaising with leadership across the business, within the Group, and peers across the industry.
Involvement across all resilience pillars - Technology, Supply Chain, People, Property and Data.
Embedding an efficient and effective resilience culture within the company, through suitable processes and controls that work with colleagues in line with our Agile@ scale operating model.
Providing leadership and acting as deputy to Head of Resilience where appropriate.
Ideal experience you may have Operational Resilience regulations - knowledge and practical experience of implementing these within an organisation.
Experience in the delivery of Change Risk programmes Experience of Operational Risk frameworks and policy management.
Leadership skills, developing a team and building capability across colleagues in the organisation.
My client will move at pace for this key appointment in their leadership team and there would be an expectation to be in the Edinburgh office on 2 days per week hybrid basis
