Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of RF subsystems and antenna systems for applications such as SATCOM and electronic warfare.
Develop and integrate RF subsystems, active antennas, and phased arrays across a range of frequencies.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers in the team.
Ensure designs meet strict performance and reliability standards required in defence and aerospace applications.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in RF design, especially in antenna and subsystem integration.
Extensive knowledge of HF to SHF frequency ranges.
Hands-on experience with phased arrays, AESA, or other advanced RF technologies is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in mixed-signal RF and antenna systems.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
