Senior Rewards Manager

Legal or Professional Services experience needed.
Remote with limited office presence (London, Birmingham, Manchester or Edinburgh) This role is operational MUST have full cycle project experience MUST have experience building out bonus schemes MUST be comfortable with change management Position Overview: As the Senior Manager of Reward, you will be instrumental in assisting the Head of Reward with the analysis and implementation of our overall Reward strategy.
The ideal candidate will ensure that our reward offerings are competitive, sustainable, and in harmony with the organization's objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive Reward strategy, encompassing salary structures, bonus schemes, benefits, and recognition programs.
Oversee the annual salary review process and bonus distribution to guarantee fairness and consistency.
Conduct benchmarking analyses utilizing the Willis Towers Watson Compensation Platform and provide recommendations to maintain our competitive edge.
Collaborate with the wider Reward team to create clear and accessible data presentations.
Manage the administration of employee benefits, pension schemes, and wellness initiatives.
Lead the annual benefits renewal process, which includes vendor negotiations and communicating any changes to the wider workforce.
Ensure effective communication of Reward policies and programs, fostering transparency and clarity throughout the organization.
Assess the impact of current Reward initiatives and recommend improvements as necessary.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry best practices in Reward management.
Work closely with the payroll department and the Inclusion and Diversity team to prepare the annual Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap report, supporting our commitment to equitable reward practices.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Provide guidance on Health and Risk claims to all Partners and employees whenever needed.
Identify opportunities to enhance our Benefits offerings and support our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) targets.
