Senior Reward Specialist Permanent C£70,000 + bonus Northamptonshire Hybrid 50:50 Reporting to the HR Director, you will take on the responsibility for all reward and benefits activity.
This will, of course, see you take ownership of managing the annual cycles and benefits provisions, but will also make you the authority figure and specialist on all things reward strategy.
As a business with high growth plans over the coming years, it is essential to establish a pay framework to sit alongside job families and career pathways of the business.
You will lead on the delivery of this project, with the support of the wider HR function.
You will also work towards strengthening the reward offer to make a more complete benefits package this may see you looking at enhanced pension provisions, new benefits platforms or more structured incentive programmes.
As you might expect, you will be expected to provide sound data to support changes to the provision and will need to utilise strong stakeholder engagement skills when making recommendations.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a total reward specialist (manager/ consultant/ partner) with experience of annual pay review, bonus calculations, delivery of pensions and benefits provisions.
Evidence of creating or refining pay frameworks and introduction of new benefits will stand you in good stead for this role, as will any additional projects previously delivered in performance related pay, pensions or payroll.
This role is working in a white-collar service environment and, while not essential to have prior, may be helpful to highlight such experience in your application.
This role will be a mix of home and office working so flexibility to get to the office typically twice a week, is needed.
