We are currently working with this leading advisory firm who have huge growth plans for their FS reward services offering.
They are currently on the lookout for a manager with a passion for all aspects of Reward including Exec Comp, Broad Base, REMCO, LTIP design and must be experienced at senior level, preferably from a FS background.
You will be providing expert reward advice to FS clients including big banks, mid-size asset management firms, and Challenger banks.
It will, in the main, be UK advisory work but could also incorporate firms with a global presence.
There will certainly be plenty of variety as you will also get the opportunity to work on technical and strategic projects for a variety of clients, often involving other internal teams ie HR Transformation, and some of these could also be for non FS clients.

Ideal Candidate will have the following:
Experience working in Reward in a regulated sector (ideally Financial Services) Core consulting skills gained through working in a professional services firm An understanding and passion for the role of Reward in shaping the future people agenda Highly numerate with the ability to write in a compelling yet succinct style Excellent attention to detail and capable of quickly extracting insights from a variety of data sources Thought leadership with a growth mindset and a desire to challenge established practices Skilled in project management providing reward services, and able to work collaboratively with team members to maximise performance Resilient and able to work under pressure to deliver pragmatic reward solutions Strong presentation skills and an excellent verbal communicator, able to convey complex messages with credibility and impact Strong numerical and data analysis skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel Our client is interested in hearing from candidates currently working in house within the financial services sector within a Reward function or those currently in consulting looking for progression and a broader remit and more variety.
