Your responsibilities will include: Supporting young people in their personal development and well-being Leading and managing a team to provide high-quality therapeutic care Assisting the Service Manager in day-to-day operations Developing and implementing care plans, maintaining records, and reporting progress Acting as a positive role model for both colleagues and children Building trusting relationships that foster growth, recovery, and lasting change What Were Looking For: A minimum of 12 months' experience in residential childcare A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (recognised in your pay rate) Knowledge of therapeutic, child-centred models of care Strong communication skills, a caring nature, and resilience Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins Ability to connect with children and young people, sharing interests such as the outdoors, animals, or shopping If youre ready to take the next step in your career and make a real difference in the lives of children, apply today!
