Senior Residential Conveyancer

Title : Senior Residential Conveyancer Location : Felixstowe Salary : £40,000 per annum, negotiable dependant on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer for our prestigious client in Felixstowe.
You will provide supervision to junior fee earners in your department and help to ensure all deadlines and client expectations are met.
This is a fantastic opportunity to have your own caseload plus train and mentor junior staff members.
The Role Handle a mixed caseload of both Freehold and Leasehold, Sale and Purchase, Remortgage, New Builds from inception to completion Dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and plot sales Carry out staff appraisals for members of your team if requested to do so Provide input to firm and departmental marketing strategy Adhere to firm guidelines regarding money laundering and other areas of risk management and law society compliance Demonstrate excellent levels of client care and customer service The Candidate Have a minimum of 2 years fee earning experience in a residential property role Have experience handling a varied caseload from opening of the file to completion Have excellent attention to detail Have the ability to build strong client relationships Salary offered is £40,000 per annum negotiable dependant on experience Full time, permanent role Apply now!
